Hide menubar but keep window snapping

Hello

When I Go to "Desktop & Dock" in System Settings, scroll to the bottom, and turn off "Displays have separate Spaces." the dock and menu bar only appear on the display I have set as the main display and that is perfect, but for some reason the window snapping feature goes away when I do this? Is there a way to keep the window snapping feature?
