How do I stop the presentation from being seen on an external screen. I have to make changes on the laptop during a presentation and I do not want it seen on the screen. I realize I can black out or white out during the presentation but I need to still be able to see the laptop screen, basically I need to disconnect without actually disconnecting as I am going in and out of a presentation. I have to insert DVDs as I do not not know how to embed them in the presentation (copyright) I want to do this so the audience cannot see the changes.
Thanks

are you talking about a Keynote presentation?

Hi!

I assume you are talking about a Keynote presentation.

My experience with Keynote is limited, but I would say that your best bet is to put your projector to sleep, do whatever needs doing on your Mac and then wake your projector up.

Perhaps other can offer a more simple alternative.

Regards from Catalonia.
