Hide 'Recently Added' & 'Music Video' playlist?

I was fussing around with iOS 10 at the Apple Store (don't have it on my phone yet), and couldn't find a way to remove the Recently Added or Music Videos playlists in the Music app (both playlists were empty). Are they not removeable, like in iOS 9 or earlier?

Also, how is the Artist image issue coming? Still tons of microphones for artists without images?
