I get maximum usage of three hours and a half. On stand by over might it drains 20% and I don't do anything. If my phone is 100 by the morning by 4pm I'm all the way down to 30%.anyone have this issue??

Did you restore from a backup? I had this issue with all 3 betas... Eventually I just sucked it up and "set up as new phone" and I haven't had ANY battery issues since! Give it a try!

My 4s has been awesome on ios6B3.

currently at 29% after 5hrs 36mins usage/ 1 day standby.

The maps app seems to be a battery killer though, does you phone feel warm?

I have noticed that a background app like Skype kills the battery life on iOS6 Beta 3. If thats not running then I get the same disappointing battery life I got with iOS 5 on my 4S - about a day with moderate use.

agree on this.

i admit i didn't do a fresh setup but i was in a meeting today for 4 hours and in that period i had skype in the background with no messages received, 20 whatsapp msgs received, 4 imsgs received, 20 emails received with 2 push accounts and 2 polling every 30 misn and my battery life went form 74% to 3%!

gotta give the fresh setup a try and see if it improves...

It definitely can't hurt.. I REALLY didn't wanna go through the fresh set up, but it's worth it to improve battery imo.

I've got horrible battery life on beta 3. If I go to bed at 100% charge on my 4S, I will wake up to a dead phone. Initially I did an OTA update, and then I installed from a full beta 3 download (I am a registered developer) & restored from backup, but not setup as a new phone. I am going to hold out till beta 4 and see what happens. Otherwise, I will have to set up as a new phone.

I was planning to do that, but I got impatient. I did a local backup through iTunes on 5.1.1 (precautionary measure) a few days ago just in case beta 4 fixes the issues with restoring from a backup. I guess now it doesn't really matter, since i've then re-configured all my settings and have been backing up through iCloud with iOS 6.. I do miss having my original camera roll, although syncing with iPhoto is just as good..

Dam. I'm concidering that but I got so many games saved and I'm pretty far at all of them lol. I'll have to suck it up

Well no. Not really.
Thing is I have a 64 gig white iPhone and I have a ton of apps on it. Only got 15gig left lol. Could that be a reason ? I always make sure I kill all running apps in the back ground

Nope, the amount of GBs you've used shouldn't affect battery.
