Hiding Airplay

I want to hide the AirPlay symbol from showing up in videos but I can't figure out how to do that.

I managed to remove AirPlay from the top menu bar but I still see it showing up on YouTube videos and other random videos.

Can someone please explain to me two things:

1. Why does it show up at certain times and others it disappear? Especially when my other TVs are off?
2. How can I remove it?

It's been bugging me for ages. Please help.
