Hiding apps on iPad?

I have quite a nice wallpaper on my iPad and would like to hide the apps, is this possible to do?

Hide, no. Move, hell yes.

What you can do in iTunes is move all of your homescreen apps to the second page leaving only your dock visible. You wallpaper will then be shown like you want it to.

This is an iPhone, but you get the idea.

It is possible if the iPad is jailbroken. Then you would go to SBsettings > "more" > "hide icons" and check mark all the icons you want hidden.

You can do the previously mentioned second page thing, or stick everything in folders and do just a row at the top of each page.

It looks like you've never synced your apps before, so I'd just try to move them manually. I can't remember if iOS lets you manually, but you might as well give it a shot.

You can check the box that say "Sync Apps", but if you haven't ever synced them before iTunes will move them to your PC/Mac and you'll have to recopy them back to your iPad.
