Hiding apps.. Will they stay hidden?

So with iOS11, when one goes to the App Store -> Account -> Purchased -> All

and swipes an app to the left to hide it, will it stay hidden even after the phone is restored and the user logs back in with their Apple ID after the restore?
 
Yes. You can only unhide them from within the account settings (password-protected area). To my knowledge, that is only possible in iTunes.
