Hiding certain dock icon (Twitter)

Hello,

I'm using official Twitter app for Twitter service and I got one question:

How to remove dock icon?

I have already icon in top menubar and there is no option to hide Twitter's dock icon.

Any idea?

Or good Twitter client, which is capable to do this?
