HiDPI for a 1440 Monitor with Big Sur

Is there a way to activate HiDPI under Big Sur? System is a Mac Mini M1 with a Eizo 2560x1440? Connection is HDMI to DVI.

HDMI to DVI with HiDPI is working well with my MacPro under Mojave and Catalina very well, but no success with the M1 under Big Sur

I have read some infos about EDID Emulator Sticks (Mac HDMI > EDID Emulator > Monitor) to get the HiDPI-Option available.
