High Ping to Mac

Hey Guys,

I have a 2016 TB Macbook Pro 15 inch. When I ping my mac from any other device, the ping is relatively high (~100) and inconsistent, where it would rise to over 1000ms.

When I ping any other device from my mac, the ping is fine. When I ping two devices, the ping is also fine.

I am relatively new to Mac OS, is there something causing this?
