high pitched noise macbook pro 2011

When my macbook loading for opening i hear a high pitched noise,like high frequency.I unplagged the cord and the sound dissapeared.When i plagged it in again i have the same issue.Anyone else with the same problem?

I think its the charger! Bring it in maybe they will give you a new one!
