Has anyone thought of manually swapping out their 13" MBP screen with a higher resolution (possibly 1440x900?) unit? There are a few 13.3" LED LCD WXGA+ notebook screens out there, but i'm wondering if the connectors will match up. Has anyone experimented with this? :)

One of the displays i was looking at is a Toshiba LTD133EQ1B. Expensive, but might be worth it - if it'll work?

You could check the ifixit.com website for the teardown of the MBP 13" to see which connectors are there.

I don't think it would be possible. Any laptop display I have seen has had a proprietary connector. I could be wrong though, you should heed C64's advice to make sure.
