High Res 15inch pro or 13inch air..which screen is better?

The googles would have told you, but anyway they're both 128ppi.

That said, the Pro's screen is leaps and bounds better than the Air.

The Airs screens look terrible [IMO] compared even to my 13" Pro; I don't know the fancy words to describe it, but it's colors look beyond washed out, it doesn't have a wide range of colors (for example: there's just red, not shades of red. Obviously it's not THAT bad, but you get the idea), and I know it's personal preference but I'm all about the glossy screen (and would kill/pay whatever Apple wants[like $500] for a 1920x1200 glossy in the 13" on the next update) and the Air isn't glossy.
