High res categories folder icons?

I've done a lot of searching, both on the forums and cydia.

I'm looking for CategoriesSB folder icons with a higher resolution to match the other iPad app icons?

I've found icon packs for categories but resolutions are all native for iPhone.

Are there any solutions for this in Cydia? I've read a lot about making custom icons but I'd rather avoid that route if possible.
