I have a corruption on high sierra MAc Os 10.13.6 that alters web sites for Safari and Firefox. My current ISP Vmedia.ca I have a major question pending in which my ISP also shows VianetTV when I go to geographic public IP sites. But my operating system also does not show the proper "time on battery" it never resets even after a pram and nrm reset.

I will be performing a OS reinstall to see if it corrects the issue but I would be intereseted in anyone else having the same issue. It should be noted the site I went to "https://www.apps.rus.mto.gov.on.ca/jtips/plSearchSpecDate.do?method=view" shows $0.00 cost for license information and the Apple support site removed the URL address for some reason.

I found another issue. When I remove the files from /Library/preferences/Systemconfiguration and remove all files my wifi information is still maintained.
It should be noted this occurred after performing a reinstall of the O.S.
