High Sierra 10.13.5 Developer's beta 5 (macOS 10.13.5 17F70a) does not have iCloud messages feature. I thought it was going to be in 10.13.5?

Does anybody know what happened to this feature? Was it in earlier 10.13.5 beta's?

I was able to sync messages to iCloud in MacOS 10.13.5 beta (17F70a), though since I have no other devices running MacOS 10.13.5 beta or iOS 11.4 I'm unable to verify the sync was successful.

Sync must be enabled by checking Messages > Preferences > Accounts > Enable Messages in iCloud, as detailed in this article.

Thanks it is there. I was looking for it in iCloud preferences.... Trying to sync now
[doublepost=1527707101][/doublepost]After letting Mac message download and upload messages I took a look at the results. The sync between iPhone and Mac running MacOS 10.13.5 beta (17F70a) works for only new deletes. For any message previously deleted from my iPhone those were not deleted on my Mac, but at least it did not put those messages back on my iPhone.

However at this point any message deleted from either my iPhone or the Mac was immediately deleted from the other device.

So, it looks like apple may have some more work to do to be able to get both devices in sync as most users would expect.

Also, although a worthwhile feature for the future it does look like if you have only 5GB iCloud storage you may need to upgrade to use this feature on several devices....
