Hey. Are there any perfomance hits in FCP X on High Sierra? We are a Danish High School and we are about to update all of our Mac Mini with 8GB ram. =)

If you haven't installed High Sierra yet, I'd hold off.
Use a "known-good" OS like (low) Sierra.
It's mature and stable.
FCPx works fine with it.

FCP X has not been optimized for High Sierra yet, and some people are having issues. The new FCP X 10.4 should be out before the end of the year. I would at least wait for that before upgrading to High Sierra.
