Another else having the issue where when typing command - space - you CANT type in the Spotlight bar?

Perhaps its just me.

Not just you....I've had issues where I could not type and not just Spotlight.

I left my Mac in High Sierra last night and first thing this AM, I could not type or select anything. I could select Safari in the Dock, but when the window opened, I could not type or do anything in Safari. Same for all other apps. I tried to unlock System Preferences > Startup Disk and it kept trying to authorize. I eventually had to power down and use Option key to get back into my main drive so I could get some work done.

There are some issues regarding window focusing, causing some windows to be unable to focus (unless you do some trick and somehow manage to get it fully unfocused).
