High Sierra clean install, No more welcome to Safari intro?

So, I clean installed HS and noticed Safari didn't give that "Welcome to Safari" - intro. Safari launched directly default bookmarks (not iCloud) for me. All settings was "factory" setting mode tho. So did Apple made changes for this or was it a bug from reseted old iCloud backups or something?

Otherwise Safari rolling nice etc. I'm just curious to know why I didn't see that intro like normal.

Obviously. Can anyone confirm who did clean install has Apple rejected Safari intro out on High Sierra?
