High sierra runs lower GPU clock speed

When i installed Bootcamp with all the drivers and latest updates from both Apple and MS. When running Geekbench i have noticed that Bootcamp runs high clock speeds hence better scores.

Why is that High Sierra runs on lower clock speed?

GPU: GeForce GT 750M

inb4 maybe the same as ios, apple slows down the device due to battery degradation.

or the device is dirty and needs cleaning, repasting, etc.
