I’m not sure what to do. I started an upgrade from the latest install of El Capitan on my MacBook Pro 13” Early 2011, which is supported. After 12 hours of installing, the progress bar has reached a point near the end which hasn’t moved for several hours.
At this point should I just restart the Mac and see what happens?
I’m backed up, so I can just perform a clean install of High Sierra if the install didn’t complete for some reason, and restore from my backup. Just not sure If I need to wait a little longer before I start from scratch.
