High-Speed Internet

My Earthlink DSL has been randomly disconnecting, and the highest speeds i ever got were 150 kB per second, so I need a new provider. I don't have cable TV, so I'm not sure if that would affect my ability to get Cable Internet. Does anyone know good deals on high speed internet that have really good connection speeds? No, I don't think I can get T1 or higher

see if you can get comcast cable internet over there...

its reliable, fast and they give u cool looking surfboard modems

I don't really care about that as much as the fact that my DSL randomly disconnects, and the only method that works to fix it is to unplug it and shut down my computer for 90 seconds.
