Highest Quality Voice Chat Mac to PC

Hi

I want to kno which voice chat program offers the best audio quaity for a chat between a PC and Mac. I have Mac OSX while the the person I want to talk to has a PC. So I want a program for Mac and for Windows here we can speak with each other with ease and with he highest adio quality. On my C I was satisfied with Google Talk but unfortunately I cant use it on Mac OSX. I checked out the macrumors guide for chat programs but now I want to know which would have the highest quality.

You wont believe it butSkype has been blocked by my ISP or some auhority. So cant use it I guess. And I have heard that its quality is not good. Is it?
