I am running El Capitan, and this is a early 2014 MBA.

For some reason, it shows 82 GB of memory being used up by Apps (About Mac). But when I use multiple different apps (disk utility included) to display my drive, it shows that I have 48 GB used and 71 GB left of my 121 GB.

The weirder thing is that under About Mac, despite it saying 82 GB is used by apps (excluding other stuff), it says 71 GB free of 121 GB...

What is going on? I tried restarting and I've tried looking into my Mac via programmes like Disk Inventory X and DaisyDrive (I think the name was). All of them show 42/121 (with 71 free) while my About Mac shows 82/121 (with 71 free).
