Hissing sound while playing voice memos

Weird issue I noticed with my iPhone 4S. Sometimes, and only sometimes, when playing voice memo's, there is this odd hissing sound in the background. It's not a problem with the mic/speakers since other times it plays fine, and it's fine on the computer too. I don't know what triggers this to happen, but I tried restoring it and no difference. Does anyone else notice this? If so maybe it will be fixed with the next firmware update.
