Hi guys!
I just ordered a couple of HD to upgrade my Mac Pro. I got a wonderful Seagate 7200.11 1TB working with Leopard, and the WD 250GB with Vista on it.
Today I received an Hitachi 7K1000 750GB that I'd use as a SuperDuper or Time machine backup of my primary Seagate.
The problem is that the system doesn't recognize it (I tried different bays), Disk Utility acts like it's not there and when I look into Serial ATA peripherals in System Information, it says that there was an error on checking peripherals.
Is there anything I can do or I need to send it back as DOA??
Thanks!!
