I wanna start this thread because I'm in disbelief that the two companies that pride themselves for making cases that can compete with GoPro and other action cameras... refuse to make cases for apples best phone camera..

With longer lasting batteries, larger view screens, and optical image stabilization... the demographic of people buying these phones has an obvious choice.

These high-end camera/waterproof/shockproof cases are marketed towards people who like taking pictures and video with their iPhones.. The same people who really consider OIS, batteries, and screen size as big determining factors for them.

Since iPhone 6 Plus was announced, and subsequently the iPhone 6s Plus... both of these iPhone case companies specializing in ultra protective cases + interchangeable lenses have refused to support the Plus models of the iPhone.

I've reached out to Optrix several times and the only response I got came last week:

"Correct, Apple is launching their updated iPhone 6S and 6S Plus on Friday 9/25/15.
The iPhone 6 Plus is superior for users that are going to be using it for photography.
We unfortunately still do not have plans for the iPhone 6 Plus or 6S Plus.
Sorry for the inconvenience,"

Hitcase was different at first. They filled their blogs full of promises that an iPhone 6 Plus case would be coming soon. A year went by and questions weren't answered on their website until 9 days ago when a human being finally began answering peoples questions: YES A NEW CASE FOR iPHONE 6s PLUS is coming out. I called and confirmed... so I went ahead and purchased a iPhone 6s Plus 128GB (for the camera storage).

Today they announced a new featureless case. Its not shockproof, its not waterproof, it has lenses.. It is olloclip... basically. Its called hitcase SNAP. I think they included SNAP to help users understand that if they use the case the way use Hitcase's other products... your phone will snap.

Essentially these companies have discontinued making iPhone cases. They have stopped making cases for the current iPhones, and at least one of them has announced they have no plans on ever starting up again...

Anyone else super frustrated???
