Hmm. What? Why?

I woke up this morning and my macbook was acting all kinds of funny-- from the pic, you can see doubles of the "restart" and "Shutdown" menu and there is a black box around wherever I type or click. SEE? Any ideas of what I have going on here/how to fix it?! Thank you in advance!

CMD + F5 to toggle it.

That's the one, I couldn't remember which one caused it.

That seemed to fix it. Not sure how it got toggled on but it's solved now. Thanks for your help!
