Hoe to get iphoto library from iphone to mac?

I recently brought my macbook to an apple store for repair and I had all of my pics from iphoto synced to my iphone. Apple ended up replacing my computer with a new one so I need to get the pics on my iphone to my new macbook. I know there has to be a way because the mac genius who took my computer asked me if I had everything backed up. At first I told her no, but then said I have everything on my iphone. She waited while I synced my iphone with my computer one last time just to be sure I had everything. I know that it will probably take a ling tome but I really want these pocs. I also understand that when the pics are synced to the iphone they are resized or reformatted so they probably wont look as good as they did before on the computer, but anything is better than nothing. Please help!
