I ordered through AT&T. FedEx won't hold my phone, they have to attempt delivery, and tell me to contact AT&T to remove the "no hold" restriction. AT&T says they didn't put any restriction on holding the phone. Has anyone else been able resolve this type is situation?

Call Apple. They place the restrictions on the phone delivery.

Edit: Nvm, just saw you ordered from AT&T

#1. FEDEX or UPS get Tracking Number
#2. Call them give them the tracking number.
#3. Say you have an "excemption" even if you don't
#4. You or they must call the local Delivery Hub (very hard to get the number)
#5. They will have the local Hub Manager or supervisor Call you.
#6. Explain your case or make one up. Catching a flight works
#7. They will NOT load your package on the Truck and hold it at a Tiny will call window at this giant facility.
#8. Don't forget appropriate ID.

Good luck

Social engineering is my hobby. Its as close to a Jedi Mind trick as you can get.

its a good starters. But you don't need books just put your mind to something you want to do and. chop down anything thats in your way.

I love how you liken getting past the gatekeeper at a $5.00 per day wage call center in the Philippines to achieving anything you want in life. You do realize if you ask for them to have a supervisor from the local facility to call you back, they can't say no, right?

But hey, good job on curing world hunger, and solving the mysteries of life, hehehehe

It looks like AT&T/Fedex isn't requiring a signature like Apple orders are with UPS. Since the hold at will call option isn't available I will take my chances that someone is home just in case.
