Go to settings and turn on FaceTime. It's set to off by default.

didnt think about that....mine was ON by default, lol, hers wasnt

Turn on volume for FaceTime. It's set to default too.

Yeah, this can happen if you restore from a back-up from an iPhone 3G or 3Gs. All you need to do to get the FaceTime button back is turn it back on (and make sure you have CallerID enabled).
