I recently bought an Holga (35mm version) and I took some picture with it.
Just wanted to share. :)

I used an ISO400 and most of the pictures are grainy, just a few came out with very vivid color.

Very cool, I'm interested in this kind of photography. I know you can use various editing techniques to make fancy digital cameras look like this, but its cool to actually do it with a film camera. Its kind of the opposite of most people doing everything they can to make their photos 'tack sharp' and have no imperfections. I like the red side of the building with the cartoon character best.
 
Low contrast photos can be fixed slightly in photoshop etc.

Or make sure you get something that acts as lens hood. Those cheap lenses probably don't have anti-reflective coatings.
 
Do like those photographs- the drain composition in particular. Hey, thanks for the eye opener, am really digging that warm creamy look! Now thinking on picking one up too- have you shot any B&W with it yet?
