Resolved Holidays calendar does not show on iPad, shows on Mac and iPhone

I'm subscribed to the US Holidays calendar via my iCloud account. I've never had a problem, but just noticed the US Holidays calendar is not showing on my iPad Air 2, though it shows up with no problem on my MBP and iPhone 6.

The calendar is selected on the iPad. I've signed out and signed back in. I've quit the Calendar app on the iPad. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed to the calendar.

Any ideas?

Well, I don't know what the issue is, but as a work around I just went into account settings on the iPad, and clicked Add Account in the Mail, Contacts, Calendars tab. From there I pasted the link of the calendar that I copied from the calendar app on my mac. I just deselected the calendar on the iPad that isn't showing events and selected the one that shows correctly.

Whatever.
