Well just got my replacement 3g iphone. Swapped out the original due to dust collecting underneath the screen.

Everything looked allright with the replacement however, maybe something I never really noticed before but, in direct sunlight, the screen looks almost like a hologram.

In regular lighting and indoor lighting, the screen looks fine. In direct sunlight, it looks like a rainbow hologram. I just can't see the screen really in direct sunlight. Kind of hard to describe.

Maybe I just never noticed this???

God, don't tell me another exchange. :(

Any LCD device in direct sunlight has very limited visibility. Don't bother returning your phone. Even my iPhone does it.

if you want to use your screen in direct sunlight, invest in a nice Anti-Glare shield from DLO or Power Support.

Hmmm. Great information.

I just wasn't sure if my original one did it or not.
