i feel like its a virus, i cant reinstall any osx

Have you been using MacPostFactor to try to install a version of macOS that's not compatible with your hardware?

Looks to me like you'll have to:
1. Boot from an external volume
2. Re-initialize the problem drive with Disk Utility (to a single partition)
3. Re-install from a backup, or install a fresh copy of the OS...

They are not partitions like you think. They are virtual RAM drives created by the installer and will disappear when the install completes. I think your issues are elsewhere and related to MacPostFactor like @steve23094 mentioned.
