Can't believe this. I was lazy this year for a preorder. Looked at ATT page last night they seemed to have stock at a shop not far so I started the ordering process. At the last stage it said there is no stock and I need to have it shipped with eta of 9/25-9/28. I was annoyed so I bailed out.

This morning I was checking around Best Buy online etc and thought let me try the ATT page again. This time it showed same day delivery available for 2 to 5pm. I submitted my order at 10:30 and started checking order status on the web page. It never changed but at about 2pm I got a text from an Enjoy tech. She gave me the delivery window and checked if I'll be home. Later there was another text informing me that she will be 30 minutes late from the original estimate. She turned up exactly at the re-estimated time and turned over my new phone much to my delight and amazement.

Experience was much smoother than waiting at the shop or ordering and watching the Fedex tracking over 2 days while the phone made its way through various stops. Anyways, long winded story for what its worth. Hope you all have similar positive experiences.
