Found this on some dudes blog page

Hi,

Im not sure if any of you would be interested but here are some photos taken by a collegue of an (previously?) unreleased Apple Iphone.

They were taken a few days ago (around Febuary 22nd) on a buissness trip to china, regarding final details of a cellular chips component production. The device that was demoed was a pre-manufacturing prototype. I have blanked out a few peices of data in one of the photos to prevent me and or my company from being identified.

Some Details about the device:

-The Iphone featured a new application that cycled album art on a grid, when a cover was pressed the album/song would play.

-It looked similar to a touch Ipod , thinner than the current Iphone.

-From what he could tell it also had a much sharper or higher resolution screen.

K Smith.

Wow it looks legit. but im sceptical

nope...

the first and second pictures are identical except the time is displayed in the second... it's photoshopped.

as for the mosaic album art, it's simply a screengrab of the leopard screensaver preview. see, i did it on my phone too:

ipod touch bezel.... come on.

edit: the photos have changed since i posted... but there were two versions of the same coverflow shot, one with the time and one without.

like i said i am sceptical , but looking closely i cant see any thing wrong with the iPhone on its back in its logo, also wtf is up with the two antennas .

it is so wrong in so many ways. are you insanely gullible?:confused:

why would the new Iphone have a headphone jack at the bottom.

I can believe the 3 antannes :p
but not the placement of the headphone jack.

OK, now you guys need to "find" me a red aluminum MacBook Pro that is being demonstrated in southern India. HURRY!!! (Maybe with built-in 3G and a 16-core cpu that rests in a bed of liquid nitrogen?)
