Hello,
I have bought new iPhone 14 pro and migrate all my data from 11 pro to new phone (I have iCloud subscription). Old phone 11 pro is using now my mom with her account and before adding her account I have erased all data to factory state.
On 14 pro I am having problems with accessing home devices when I am not using home wifi. As soon as I switch to mobile data all devices are No Response.
When I try to do same thing on 11 pro everything is working on mobile data, with mom account, she has access to home devices.
My account which is on 14 pro is owner of home, also apple tv is my hub. I have check all setting are same on both phones and try everything but no luck. On mobile data I don’t have access to my home.
Did anyone had same problem or maybe have some suggestion what to try.

Have you opened the "Home" app on the iPhone 14 Pro tapped home settings-select you (owner) under people and check control accessories remotely is set to "on".

Yes I have and also under mobile data is turned Home app.

I spoke with support last night and we did following things:
1) Force quit Home app
2) Restart device
3) Erase all network settings
4) Erase all data from phone and restore using backup
5) Erase all data and set it up as new device

And still no response on home devices when on mobile data, and on iPhone 11 pro with different account all is working.
Now I am waiting response from engineering department.
