HomeKit Home app not syncing…

Hi all I have recently had to completely delete my home app and redo all my smart bulbs etc…

Anyway after spending hours trying everything up, all the scenes etc are working fine, however, scenes, automations etc are not syncing to any of my other devices whatsoever… never had a problem in iOS15 but since updating they just will not sync anymore… any suggestions?

I have some iOS and MacOS devices that all have a Home synced to it. The home disappeared on to MacOS devices, one running Monterey 10.6 and the other running Ventura Public Beta. I cannot figure out how to get them to see the home that works fine on my iPhone and a Silicon MBP running Ventura Public Beta.
