I updated to iOS 18.4 yesterday on my iphone. Now all of the devices on my Home App are not connected. They are fine in their individual apps but are not showing their status in the home app and cannot be controlled from there.

Anyone else having this problem?

Generally a networking issue with HAP. Try power cycling the router and iPhone if you haven't already.

I’m seeing a similar problem although for me it’s only causing a problem with Aqara devices. These devices are fine in Aqara’s app but no longer functioning in the Home app, so any automations I have set up have stopped working. All other brands (SwitchBot, Govee etc) that I use are unaffected. I’ve tried restarting my Aqara M3 hub, and my whole network but it’s remained the same.

I'm having a similar issue with the Home app and HomePod mini. After 18.4, I sometimes cannot see the status of all my 10 devices when I'm not home. I must either wait for about 20 seconds or force quit and reopen the app several times until the status shows up. Before 18.4, this was instant. The Ikea Home app has no issues connecting to a hub from a different place, and I see my devices there. I tried to restart the Mini, phone, router, and Ikea hub, but it had no impact.

There's also an issue with automation. I have two automations set up. The first one works flawlessly and turns lights on when I arrive home. But the second one, when the last person (me) leaves, doesn't work 8 out of 10 times, and I can see lights turned on in the distance when I'm passing by the tram. So, I checked the Home app and waited until the status appeared. I still wait for the lights to turn off, but they are all on, even after a few more stops, and I need to switch them off manually almost every time.

I’ve noticed it took a long while for devices to come online after the update.
And some of my automations are slow to operate.
