HomeKit Home App Recording

I have several Eufy cameras that I have added to the Home App. 5 of them are allowed to record. I wanted to switch one of the cameras so it has recording permission. After I deleted one of the 5 cameras, I see no option anywhere to enable the fifth camera to record. Any ideas?
