HomeKit Home apps says update available when there isn't

Hi All, my home app is saying that there is an update available for 7 of my Philips Hue devices and I should update them in the hue app, however in the hue app no update is available. Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Communication between the Hue and Hue bulbs is slow. Before you go to bed, leave the Hue app open to update software.

it's been a couple weeks since it was last updated, but also make sure the hue app itself is updated.
