Home Button dust glass

Hello,
I have an Iphone 4 and I noticed yesterday some dust (most probably some wool of my pullover) next to the home button. It looks like it is in this part (see attached picture), where I could see some o-ring. I am wondering if there is a change to accumulate more dust in the future or if you ever experienced this.
