Home Button Problem

My home button suddenly stopped working!
I mean whenever i need to close an app i have to turn off my iPhone!
So is it a software problem?! Should i upgrade my iPhone or shall i restore the latest version?

I'm guessing it's not a software problem. Try reading this article. It should help.

Or at least it will allow you to use your phone until you talk to apple about replacements/repairs.

I opened my settings on Accessibility but i couldnt find "AssistiveTouch"!

I think it was a new feature to iOS5. In which case you can either update your software, or just talk to apple about it your home button problem - see what they say.
