So, I converted my black iPhone 4S to a white one and now my home button is a lot less clicky than it was before. I did change from the black home button the white one, and I did tear the black sticky/rubbery circular part that the home button goes into. Does anyone have a fix that I could do?

Did you remove the metal spacer from the back of the original & put it on the new one?

Is that found on the home button? But all I did was remove the plastic circular piece and swapped home buttons
