Home Button tough to press, unregistering - Exhange likely?

My Home Button is getting stuck on my iPhone 4 and most times I need to really press it hard for it to register.

Do you think this is something I could show a Genius and have them give me a new phone? Or would they repair it? It's annoying considering how often I use it.

The difference between my iPad or my mom's iPhone 4 is huge.

Yes. They might attempt to repair for free if its not too badly. Better try then just do nothing about it. There was a similar post about the home button not working on this forum. Try using the search to find what they did about it.
