Home directory innaccessible? (Cyberduck)

I use cyberduck as a FTP program. Its worked fine on three occassions. Now when I try to open a connection it says login failed home directory innaccessible

Can anyone tell me what this means and how I can solve it?

have you tried logging in using a regular ftp client (via CLI)? if you have a terminal access to the other machine, you can try logging in as well. most probably your account info has changed on the other side. hope this helps.
