Here is a complete bummer for me. I cant be at home to take delivery of the phone during the day time for next 10-12 days and the ups cc drive is almost 2 hours to and fro and neither do they deliver on saturdays. The customer care lady actually told me they will deliver it on saturday but i guess she was just bluffing or something. I am thinking of presigning for the phone. Has anyone tried it before? I am receiving two phones so i m kind skeptical but then i dont have any option. One more thing is what if i ask ups to return it to apple? How soon can they refund the money to me? And does the apple store have online chat?
