home media inventory software

I am looking for feedback on good applications for creating an inventory of home media (books, DVDs, CDs), that works on both Mac OS and iOS. Also, hopefully under $30.

I concur. I use DVDpedia and I find it to be very high quality. I didn't even realize that they had an iOS version.

+1 I like DVDPedia also. It imports all the IMDB data for your movies also. Very handy.

thanks very much for the link, looks promising, although I was hoping for one app for movies and books...but at $18, I can buy both apps at Bruji

No complaints other than the price can be kind of prohibiting. I could of sworn there was another product that did all the above in one package. Can't remember the name of it though.

they separate music, books, etc into separate apps so you have to buy each separately.

Delicious Library is great. You add items to your inventory by scanning the barcode using your iSight camera. It looks like they now have a iOS application that will scan as well.

+1 on collectorz. I use Music Collector for all my music including CD's, downloads, and LP's.
