Looking for a basic app to monitor my home wireless network. I have a Time Capsule and have Macs and PC's using the network. Looking for app to capture URL's, emails, IM's, and other social network communications. Making sure the kids are not abusing their web access.

I tried PacketStream but it is a little to technical for me.

Thanks

heres one where u can monitor whose on your network for windows. "ZamZom". Another program to monitor network traffic on your mac, is "Kismac" you can google how to set it up, but basically its more for hacking security passwords, but another alternative to that is to go on activity monitor or task manager. good luck! and i hope someone else can help you monitor what your children go on. oh and might i also suggest setting up parental controls? it gives you reports on what your children have been doing.
